Welcome to my website! Wherever you’re starting from, I invite you to join this safe space for listening and transformation, where every experience and emotion has the right to exist.
Through an integrated approach rooted in the deep connection between mind and body, I support your emotional well-being fostering a journey of self-discovery and personal growth while embracing the uniqueness of every individual story.
If you’re facing a challenging situation or life transition, feeling stuck in overwhelm, stress, in difficulties with relationships, focus, learning and you are longing for more clarity and inner calm, I support you in restoring balance and moving toward your goals. I help you in processing difficult or stuck emotions, situations and memories to cultivate resilience, self‑trust, safety and connection with yourself and others.
My approach encompasses mindfulness, breathing techniques, mind-body work, self-regulation tools, brain fitness and creativity practices to work through experiences and emotional imprints, to challenge pattern and build new resources for your personal development.
Driven by a lifelong curiosity for the human experience and a deep passion for authentic connection, I ultimately embraced the professional path of becoming a Non-Medical Practitioner for Psychotherapy - certified in Berlin (Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie) - committed to make a difference on the healing journey of those I support along the way.
My practice is rooted in a trauma‑sensitive and neurodiversity‑affirming perspective and welcomes all cultures, genders and identities. Alongside my native Italian, I speak fluent English, German and French and I have lived in several countries experiencing different cultures and ways of life first‑hand.
My areas of expertise and support are:
- nervous system regulation
- stress management and burnout recovery
- anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues
- relational trauma
- neurodiversity (ADHD, autism)
- mobbing
- relationship issues, in particular co-dependency
- learning difficulties
- brain fitness
- personal development
- resilience
- creativity
I also provide support for family members and friends of people affected by dementia or neurodegenerative diseases, helping them manage daily challenges and stress, accompanying them throughout the caregiving journey - including the subtle anticipatory, often unspoken, process of grieving that begins long before the loss.
